Quality Control
Our quality control procedures ensures the coating products deliver long life and low maintenance costs. All parts are processed and tested in accordance with the latest standards and specifications in the markets sectors we serve.
This is part of our continuous improvement program to ensure that we are at the forefront of powder coating technology and processes. Our Quality System Management is one of the primary tools for achieving this objective.
With our quality assurance laboratory utilizing the latest in testing technologies, to control the outcome of the final product. Our lab is designed to carry out numerous tests in line with Global standards. Innocoat runs over 10 tests in house to ensure all coated parts meet the industry standards.
A dedicated team of inspectors headed by Quality Assurance Manager ensures that all materials are inspected at every stage as per the quality standards.
Warranty
We issue warranty certificates in line with our principle powder suppliers, for period ranging from 10 to 30 years against fading, gloss retention, flaking etc. We are approved applicators for Interpon Powder Coatings, Jotun Powder Coatings and Pulver.
Tests Conducted In Our Lab
Profiles and sample panels which are powder coated at our plant are quality tested in our lab and will be stored for the warranty period.
